Dr. Kevin has retired from the practice. Dr. Melody is still there and is moving effective March 16th, 2026, to the Quad City Ketamine and Wellness Clinic. Soon to be known as Quad Cities Integrative Wellness (QCIW) located at 4626 Progress Drive, Suite A, Davenport, Iowa 52807.

New hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and Saturday, 9:00 AM to noon. Walk-ins available.
